style="text-align: left;">Sources believe Laura Dern, 43, is devastated after her husband filed for divorce after five years of marriage.   The couple had been traveling together and had sex as recently as last week but Harper claims the couple separated back in Janary.

style="text-align: left;">Harper and Dern married in 2005 and have two children Ellery, 9, and Jaya, 5.   Harper, 40, is seeking physical custody of the kids as part of a joint custody agreement, where neither would receive spousal support.
